Ripoff deceptive company

I became suspicious when I looked at the form after having sent my check for quick processing and there was no phone number. Also because Qwest information had no such listing in California. The operator said they probably were under a different company name. On Tuesday they tried to cash the check but I had NSF funds which I knew about but after getting no telephone number so that I could call and ask where is the card! I decided not to fund the check. I would rather pay for NSF charges than to let these people have $43.00 I have not received in phone calls. The number that information gave as a possible company affliation was busy for over three hours and I started calling at 6:00 A.M.in the morning and at 1:00 P.M. The line is still busy!
