Major Scam

I sent $49 to Peoples Credit First believing I was going to receive a Mastercad.instead I received a catalog of cheap gifts at high prices. When I was finally able to get through to ask for a refund they told me I needed to send back "everything". I told them I no longer had everything and they said "too bad". They said I should have read the fine print. This company is not only a ripoff, but they are unprofessional. GregShelton, Connecticut
