First Premier Bank
This card will hurt your credit no matter what you do

Business & Finance

This company should be sued. You already know about their ridiculous fees, but this should be considered usury. How is this legal? Not only did we get tricked into this stupid card, but every time we tried to even pay it and be "good" credit customers we got dinged for it for more fees.

Finally when we tried to buy a house, we needed to pay it off so we could get our revolving-debt account ratios low, we got screwed again. I called and used an automated system to completely pay off the balance. There was a fee to pay the bill! Fine, I agreed to it. What they don't tell you is that the fee isn't charged to your payment method—THEY CHARGE IT TO YOUR CARD, thereby keeping the account open, and accruing more monthly fees if you don't realize it.

Then a week later I asked for a letter indicating my balance as requested by my mortgage broker. Well they send a letter stating I'm OVER my limit and now my "priveleges" have been suspended. Seems they hold your payment for fifteen business days before you can do ANYTHING. But of course, the monthly fee will keep accruing. Ridiculous
