Ebay scam artists move to afni to scam on collections

These clowns are using similar information collection techniques to custom taylor a fraudulent bill and then say you owe it!
I recieved my so called verizon for approx 1200 dollars, i wrote to afni and told them that i would pay my bill if they proved to me that it was mine, they sent me another letter and said that i had provided insufficient information BUT if i send them a valid address, a photocopy of my drivers license, a valid phone number& they are asking for everthing that they should already have! Whats kinda funny is i have verizon as my phone service for the past 3 years and not once has this been brought to my attention! If anybody has any information on the steps to go thru on shutting this down please let me know!
