Ripoff dishonest company full of lies and false promises

On June 22nd, I recieved a phone call from Jason employeed by MGR Solutions, and was told that I qualified for a business grant. I was GUARANTEED at least $25,000 no matter what. All I was required to do was pay MGR $449.00, fill out a survey from the actual government, and type up exactly how I would spend the money ($100,000). He told me MGR would gather the information and use my money to hire a agency to
write the grant prosal, and within 8-10 weeks I would recieve a letter from the goverment stating whether or not my request was approved. But he assured me that even if they did not approve me for the full $100,000 I was GUARANTEED the $25,000.

So I waited and waited I kept calling over and over to check on the process. They kept telling me they weren't sure why it was taking so long, but assured me it was on it's way. 24 weeks later in December I recieved my letter. Actually it was a packet reading here are the programs you may apply to. It was a packet with a bunch of different type of loans listed. (nothing to do with grants).information that I already had long ago. I've tried calling almost everday for 2 months. Most times they don't even answer and it goes straight to voicemail. The few times I have talked to a live person they tell me they don't know what happened and that a senior manager will call me back within 2 business days. I've NEVER recieved a phone call. I'm very upset that I was scammed for $449.00, at a time I had nothing. Do not trust this company!
