Ripoff Beware of Ocwen's New Trick

I paid them off 5 months ago and they still stealing from me. I refinanced my home at higher rate just to get rid off these slime balls. When the title company tried to pay off Ocwen they refused to take the pay off. They claimed they had paid my county taxes I HAD NO ESCROW WITH THEM. The title company also paid the taxes from the new lender. I had to pay the title company an additional $1049.00 to get Ocwen to accept the pay off. Ocwens check arrived at the County Treasuer sevral days later. To make a long story short the County sent MY refund to Ocwen on 2/2/07. Have I seen it, not yet and we all know, if your dealing with criminals your pretty much out of luck. If they try this scam on you. Make sure you see a canceled check from Ocwen or Check with your local tax collector to see if the taxes have been paid. Figure if there making a $1000 or so off every tranaction probably and extra couple $100k a month. All of you who are being screwed by these people need to file complaints with the Florida Banking Dept, the Central Florida BBB. I put up with their crap fro 6 years. I wish the best of luck to those of you that still have loans with them. You are all in my prayers
