Ripoff Ever work for a company that didn't pay you?

I have, it is called Mortgage Partners Inc. They are in NH, MA, PA, FL, CA & ME. I was their first employee for their call center. I closed a loan about 2 months ago and they will not pay me for it. It is not alot, it is just the point. I helped create their entire call center, most of the documents that are used in the call center were created by me, I was the man underneath the manager. Helped train the entire organization, while not being compensated for it, just helping out while everyone else got a cut of the employees I got and trained, except for me and the thanks that I get is "we are not paying you". Companies like this should not be in business and people should definately work for them. Well thank you for reading and hope you take this into account when looking for future financing.
