OneClick Cash
OneClick keeps calling me at work Internet

Business & Finance

I am in the military and OneClick Cash keeps calling me at work. I have mentioned the FDCPA with the them and was informed that the Fair Debt Collection Act doesn't apply to them.

I am behind with them and intend on honestly paying any debt I owe. I have verbally requested that they send me info confirming that it is me (not my wife or someone else) who's name is on the debt. Mrs Sutton for OneClick said that she had my SSN and e-mail and that was confirmation. I told her that just because they have my name, SSN and e-mail doesn't exactly mean the debt in my name. I then requested their postal address so that I could write them a letter (requesting confirmation of the debt). She asked, "What kink of letter? And Why?" Mrs. Sutton tried to setup a payment arrangement and I told her I needed confirmation of the debt. She then asked me if I was refusing to pay. I said no, it's not a refusal. She stated that they only do business over the internet and only accepted payments via electronic debit. She then ssid that they would contact my Commanding Officer for this matter.

It's ridiculous that they won't give me a postal address.
