Offered a loan for a fee, kept asking for more money instead of sending the loan money to us

Matrix Finance, represented by Jeffrey Ainsworth, contacted me offering a loan for $15,000. We were to send the first three payments of $253.57/month for 7 years. We received a contract requesting we send $810.71 for payment to receive the loan money.
We called Mr. Ainsworth per his instructions and were instructed to wire the money to a person in Canada, who represented the insurance company that was insuring the loan. We were supposed to receive a cashier's check for $15,000 by 6:00pm that evening. We wired the money and waited for the check to arrive. No check arrived.
When we called him back, he said we would have to wire another $429 because we had requested to be paid by cashier's check. We wired the money and called him back as instructed. He then said we would have to wire an additional $379. We refused and asked for a refund.
He has to date not sent our money back, and we have received no loan money. He keeps asking for $379 and when we refuse, he says he will have to send us a refund. So far we have not received ANY money from this company.
Don't send any money in advance payment for a loan. These people are rip off artists masquerading as a legitimate loan company. I will probably never see any of that money returned.
