I applied for a refince loan on my home, and the representative I dealt with was Jeff Futzgerald. He told me during the first phone interview that I would need to make available $450.00 on my credit card, for up front costs, and then when I balked at this, he assured me three separate times that those funds would not be transferred to the company untill the loan had gone through. The day after I submitted my application via fax, the funds were taken out.

He had told us on the phone, he'd call each day to give an update on the status of our application, and we've had to call him every two days to get anything from him. I asked why they had taken the money, when he'd assured me that they would not, untill the loan had gone through, and his reply was, oh, that was a misunderstanding, the money is a good faith amount. I asked if we get it back if the loan doesn't go through, and he replied no, but he saw o reason that it would not go through. He'd talked to the loan officer, so he said, and it all looked goog, they were just waiting for the appraiser's report. I asked him how long, as it was nearly one week, and he, again was very vague. This loan will never go through, and we were contiually lied to the rep. Misrepresented the entire process.
