Centex Harrassing calls even after 2 do not call letters ripoff

My husband and I have both endured a year of on-and-off employement and got 1 month behind on our mortgage. I called Nationstar and they gave me a payment agreement and said I could skip the month I missed but would need to pay an additional 1/4 payment with my regular payment for 4 months.

I have been doing so but they call every single day and harrass me and insist that I do not have a payment agreement. When I explain that I do and how it was set up, they then somehow see the agreement on their computer. Duh!

YET, a new person calls the very next day harrassing me for my "overdue" payment, which is not overdue given the payment agreement! This has gone on for 4 months. I finally had enough and remortgaged, get this, at a lower fixed rate! I had a variable rate with Nationstar and when I told them I was remortgaging with another firm they offered to give me a fixed rate too; only problem, they offered me 10% when I'm getting 7% from another bank!

Further more, I sent 2 "do not call" letters that they have completely ignored. They also conned me on a payment, saying they would not present it to my bank until the date I told them, but went ahead and presented it that very day and overdraft my account and bounced several other bills I had paid. They lie, cheat, harrass and are just plain nasty people to deal with.
