Lived in house for free for 18 months on me and claimed they were the victim ripoff

They sale their house to me, live in it for free for 18 months cause they filed bk 3 times, and claim they r the victum. I offered to sale it back to them if they give me my money back, they wouldnt, instead, they felt victimized. As a realtor, whether c-21, remax, vintage, whatever. It is assumed that one side of any story is fact.

I went to court, dre, and it was proven that i was honest. Check the records. I feel for them, but financially it was costly for me to put up with this while i was willing to give the property back. The neighbors were in an uproar for them to get out. The police had several complaints, i personally was threatened on my life. This is rediculous what people will do and what as agents we have to gaurd against.
