Filled Class Action Suit Ripoff

This company filled a class action siut against my husband and I for not paying 190.08. I just received the bill on Tuesday and it is now Wednesday and they have already filed it. They didn't even give me time to make the pastdue amount. This is totally bogus. I called them and they told me that i was actually 2 payments behind. I explained that I just recived the letter stating that i was only half a payment behind and they said no, that was not correct. I made payment arrangements, but if they keep telling me that I'm behind after I have made the payments what do I do? I will never finance anything with them again. They truly suck! They are just mad because I no longer live in the trailor and I rent it out.
