United Cash Loan
Took money from my bank account that was not authorized or owed to them. Loan was paid when they posted another debit to my account

I got a loan for $300 from United Cash Loans. I have a copy of the loan agreement which clearly states that they would only be taking a total of $390.00 from my bank account which I had authorized them to do. This included all fees and interest and would be the total they would be taking.

They have now taken over $500.00 and the Bank of America who DID NOT have my authorization to pay them any more than the $390.00 paid the additional money regardless and did nothing to help me other than file a dispute against United Cash Loans. The does nothing for me since they have paid the funds without my authorization to do so and I will probably never get a cent of it back from the bank or the United Cash crooks.

I have read hundreds of similar complaints about United Cash Loans on this site and have to ask; why is this company still getting away with stealing people's money over and over? Are they exempt from the laws covering fraud and theft? It is so morally bankrupt when they are stealing from their customers and customers who are obviously in a financial bind already when they had to use a company such as theirs in the first place.

You know a couple of hundred bucks maybe chicken feed to so many but to me right now it may as well be a million bucks with the end result being I just don't get to buy any groceries this week. How can this just keep going on with the bank not being accountable at all and this company stealing from good people and here we are paying the price? I don't understand why this has not been stopped yet?

The mere fact these people are not behind bars let alone still free to steal from innocent and vulnerable people is a source of deep disgust to me and the justice system in this country and something should just be done to stop them and make them pay every single cent back. Maybe the CEO or the CFO will have sell their wives Jaguar or Mercedes to pay some of it back, ah well cry them a river!
