Bogus billing practices ripoff

I have read the other reports on HC Processing and I TOTALLY agree! I sent in a payment, got it out early to make sure it would be received on time. They applied it 1 (yep, one) day early and applied it to the previous billing cycle. Didn't credit a payment to the current billing cycle and charged me a $39.00 late fee. I'm quite sure they knew what my intentions with that payment were!?

That ticked me off, so I paid it off after I found that out. That was last month. Balance was just over $700.00. Got a statement in the mail yesterday for $2.11 (finance charges).

Good Lord people. I paid the stupid $39.00 late fee that I completely disagreed with and YES, I just paid the $2.11 finance charge on the amount that I paid in full last month. Happy? Or am I going to get a statement next month for the finance charge on the $2.11 finance charge for this month? What will that bill be. Like $0.17336604?
