Ocwen Federal Bank Holds all your payments for weeks at a time and then charges late fees! I have called them several times and e-mailed them. When calling everytime I put in my account number or ss# they hang up! I spent 1 hour 45 minutes trying to contact them because they had not sent me a statement for that month! I sent them a payment with a copy of a previous statement and they then sent a coupon book that had coupons for three months previous from the date due!
They are ripoff artists!
