AFNI Collection Ripping off old phone numbers and trying to collect Ripoff

Also recieved a collection letter for $137.69 from this company from a town I haven't lived in for 9 years. For a number I've never had. The address wasn't even mine so I got the letter by chance because the person who lived there knew my parents and gave it to them.
I am not paying this especially sence I've found this website. I will report them. I can not seem to get ahold of any person from this company either.
