Did not provide support for failed product download ripoff

MOney on Demand advertise that they provide a live online help service but this is always busy. Their support desk person promises the world, does not deliver then ignores follow up requests.

I have been unable to download their product since mid December with NO HELP WHATSOEVER FROM THEM. They seem to be unconcerned!

LATEST; On trying the site (24/01) it cannot be accessed!
