Afni Collections
Sent phony collection letter for 428.88 for Verizon Communcations account I don't have

Afni Collection in Bloomington, IL sent me a letter on Jan. 13 saying that I owed 428.88. Verizon Communications was listed as the creditor. I live in Atlanta amd the number they listed as mine was a Tampa number. I called the number and talked with a man that actually is a Verizon customer, but his account is not in default. I tried to call the customer service number on the collection notice and got a recording saying to login to the website, and the other time I called it said the call hold time was 30 minutes.
