Massivly over chraged me and then Threatened me

I went to a company called TenDollarPaydayLoan.com because I really need the cash to take care of some personal debts, I went with the $300.00 loan and I have been charged about 60 bucks a month for like 3 months then the charge went up to 90 bucks a month... Then all of a sudden I get charged by a different company called MTE Financial for 160 buck and after searching the internet for their name, came to this site so I informed my bank that I felt that it was fradulent and mentioned that the company was under usacomplaints. Coms and they refunded me and stopped the charge to them...

About 2 weeks later I get a call from Rio Resources telling me that I MUST pay 180.00 buy a week or I would be reported to the Credit reporting people... When I told her why I stopped payment she became rude and began to threaten me in which case I got a little information and then after being belittled and threatened I hung up on her.

Today (1/23/07) I get a call from a company that claimed they were making sure weither I forgot or am refusing to pay. I again informed them that TenDollarPaydayLoan.com had breached their contract by charging me more then the contractual price and also bringing in a secondary entitey to charge me, and informed them that they are under investigation by the BBB and the AG as well and federal investgation into fraud, and that I WILL NOT PAY the amount beacause they VIOLATED their contract.

The man on the phone proceded to yell at me... Oh yeah he really yelled at me, so I told him to not yell but he continued to threaten me about the loan and told me that I was being reported to the credit reporting agencies. I prompty hung up.

My account has been repaid by my bank and I am not worried about money as TenDollarPaydayLoan.com also known as Rio Resources will never see another dime from me, however I am concerned that my credit which is precious to me because I am a young husband and soon to be father and I REALLY NEED GOOD CREDIT.

What should I do??? How should I proced? How do I keep my finaly good credit score?
