American Solutions, They Got my Money and Now I can't even reach them

I was in search of how to apply and receive a government grant and was contacted by American Solutions / American Solution Center Several months ago. They offered assistance for a fee of $299.00 which I was told was for their lawyers, because they are the one's that know exactly what the government requires, which in turn would give me a better chance of receiving a grant. They told me once they received the $ they would send out a package and that I need to fill in everything that pertained to me, my family and my situation and give as much detail as posible to better my chances and to send it back to them when finished.

I asked the women on the phone what my chance's were and she said as long as I was honest, us citizen, and not in jail I was gonna get something just how much depended on my needs - I also asked her how long after they get it back from me would it take to receive any type of grant and she told me 30 days. For 1) It took a month after they got their money before I received this 10 / 20 page booklet -

Secondly THEY received the booklet from me on 12/14/06 and I have heard nothing from them! Received nothing from them! And it is now 01/22/07 - I called a little over two weeks ago and left a message and they did not return my call - I called again and got a message that said the voice mail is full and to call back - I called back again and left another message and they once again did not return my call - I CALLED AGAIN AND GOT THE SAME MESSAGE THAT THE VOICE MAIL IS FULL AND TO CALL BACK LATER -
