Wrong number, threatening calls Ripoff

Company has called our house more than a few times asking for someone we do not know, nor resides at our residence. Everytime they have called we have told them we don't know the person they are looking for.
Today they called and threatened my wife. The conversation started when she said hello. He said... WHOS THIS! She said she did not know who the person was they were looking for. He replied... IF you know what's good for you, you'll put him on the phone. After about 2 min she finally hung up on him and called me in tears. I in turn called them and asked for my number to be removed and for an appology. A supervisor called me back 3 hours later and said I would not receive an appology!

How do these scumbags who have to hide behind a phone to act tough actually enjoy there job. Were they picked on that much in school where they find this gives them satisfaction???
