International Profit Associates Aka IPA - IBA Thank you very much Rip-off. I was saved today

I got a sales call from International Profit Associates on Monday. They had their Sales guy come in next day and made the sales pitch. They sold me on their sales pitch and made an appointment with their analyst to come in. However, he called his office using our phone and told me they will give us a discount if the anlayst could come in next day since that person will be in the area. I didn't mind.

Analyst came in on Wed. She pretended to be knowledgable but when she started using intimidation techniques to have a trust, valuation, buy/sell agreement to protect ourselves from litigation. I saw the writing on the wall that something is wrong here. I went on the internet and found out about all the rip-offs. Thank you all you kind people. Now I felt like I was in drivers seat. I had her spend another 5 hours at my place without her getting any clue. Played along with her until she gave me the report which was nothing but a spreadsheet with P &L and balance sheet numbers in a different format. I took those sheets from her and gave her all the postings from this site which I printed last night. Told her she had 5 min max to leave the premises. She was in an awe, but didn't protest. She wanted $750 which I didn't pay and asked her Attorneys to call me. She left peacefully. Thank you again everyone for saving us from this scam and long live the internet.
