Leisure plus, a bunch of rip offs

These people whom i have never heard of till the other day, apparently somehow without me knowing have started to deduct $8.50 out of my bank account, i know its not that much money, but its the point, and the point is that i've never heard off them untill I saw them on my bank statement, how could they of possably got my bank information, i am reporting them because i know that i never signed up for anything, and the last thing i ordered online was from JCPenny.com, and that was back in mid - november. Somthing needs to be done about these scam artists..
