Dishonest, fraudulent billing ripoff

Our headache with ocwen began in june when a deputy showed up at our door with an eviction notice. Ocwen became our mortgage company in 1998 after the loan was sold to them. We immediately called ocwen and was told that there was a mistake that we were not evicted and someone will call us back by the end of the day.in the meantime we went to our county court house and found out that our house was auctioned on may 4 we had not received anything from ocwen that this was happening. We immediateley took it to our attorney who got the run around from ocwen. Also did i mention no one from ocwen called us or our attorney back. To make a long story short the house is still in ocwen name and this is has not been settled for they have been thru 7 attorneys and we still have our one. All proof of payments were sent to them so many times i've lost track. Now today we have received a notice that they are foreclosing on us (now remember they already did this in 2002) our house is 60 years old we can't repair the roof because they forged our names on the insurance check & kept the money along with the insurance money to repair the bathroom that the pipe broke in the wall. When will this end? We haven't been able to refinance because ocwen has screwed our credit soo bad no one will touch it and you would think that the federal government would do something since ocwen is suppose to be fdic insured. Does anyone have suggestions?
