No more need to research Business Cafe Web
I have had the worst experience with Business Caf Web,
As an I. T Professional I offered to work with this startup company to design there network layout (3 servers, Corporate Email System, apache, MySql, DNS, DHCP), build there website, and design there database for a great deal... Only $1200.

Business Caf Web and I not only agreed to this but I also cleaned up there workstations machine and build her son's Machine at no additional Cost.
Before going out there it was mentioned that 600 was to be paid upfront and the remaining 600 was to be finished by end of Feb.

When I started working on the servers Online Business Caf changed the agreement to $200 on the 10th $400 before February and $600 before March 1st.

I had informed her that I would except this even though I don't agree with it but I will add security incase she doesn't pay up. I told her that I will not give her the administrators Password and I'll install all trial period software until payments where in full.
Ok, Now Business Caf Web and I had agreed to new terms but too days later she feels the need to get the administrators password from me I mentioned again that I can't because there wouldn't be any protection for myself. She got upset and she didn't want to continue doing business after being 80% complete into the project. I asked her to sleep on it and she did, the next morning was a new day, everything seemed ok We started working again to a good start then she decides she wants me to sign a Contract. I didn't mind signing her Confidentiality Contract (which also mentioned she owns complete rights to my designs and work) but she also wanted me to sign an Independent Contractors Agreement stating that Business Caf can terminate the contract at anytime without reason but doesn't specify the money I would receive if such a thing did happen.
I immediately told her that I couldn't sign to these terms and the reason why, I asked her to sit with me and renegotiate the contract and she refused. She turned all systems off in hope that I could not reach them and sent me on my way.

This makes me think that there were no intentions on paying me from the very beginning.
She threatened to cancel the little 200 hundred dollar check but before departing with her I think she realized how evil that was and let me cash it. She said she was going to reload all servers with a different OS. Since I wouldn't give her the password.

Two days later after her ignoring my phone calls she decides she needs my help and calls me... Understanding her frustration I immediately start helping her get online by bypassing the servers I built. She still try's to bluff me into giving her the password by promising to pay me after I type it into her machine (Guess she figured that I was born yesterday. NOT)

Business Caf Web Is Very bad business. And I believe it to be the worst business that I have ever dealt with.
