$239.32 Collection Bill for Service Unused Over 20 Years

I received a bill from them saying I owe $239.32 for a bill from verizon communications, inc. We havent bent verizon for over 20 years&all bills are paid in full! No body can contact them by phone or email I m not sending money to a po box for a bill I don't owe, would you!!
