Ripoff lies steals

I was behind in my credit card bills and my Job was filing bankrupty Bethlehem steel and was not paying like they should. So there would be no job to go back to then i was injuryed and had to have Knee surgery. When i came home i recieve a call tell me one of my credit card company thought i could use a little help consolidating my bills in sept i sended them 350.00 and every month they took it out of my checking account i still recieved call from the credit card company threats. But i was told not to answer the phone final i did and i told them that i was working with a company and gave them the name and address they told me to send my bills there and i did final in jan i said no more and i called them they said we are almost there we have builded up your account and we will start payment. Final i was talking to a member of my credit union and she ask why are you send these people all this mone and i told her and she said they are a ripoff they got a couple of other members so i canceled and they took out another month so i close my account and i asked for the money back and they said no i was told that they would keep the first 390.00 but now they said they keep the whole 1800.00 i call the B.B. B and they told me to try to talk to them no good they said no and my credit and everything else has went downhill HELP
