A Bumbling Fools ripoff

For eleven Months, PayPal has been holding moneies due me and refuses to send it. Stating I MUST give them my SS number, bank account number and credit card number. I'm 72 years old, so obviously was not born yesterday. I personally do not use checks or plastic and I am on SS so no one will ever get that number, it's my only income.

I foolishly did give them this information at first, but when they asked for it again I turned in my debit card and changed banks, I smelt fraud. They are not a bank and as for fraud, if it looks loke a duck, quacks like a duck and walks like a duck, SHOOT IT, it's a duck.
