Misrepresenting thieves that steal from the less fortunate! Ripoff!

I thought it was a blessing when I received the "approval" letter in the mail just before Christmas. My husband and I just purchased a new home and we thought that this would be a good idea to accept the "offer" in order to buy things for our new home, as money was tight.

After calling CCS and speaking with a female having no idea what she was doing and basically reading off a script, I went against my good judgement and gave her my banking information.

Two weeks later, my 3 year old daughter passed away of cancer.

Finances were tight, and my nerves were still frazzled, so I called the company to cancel before they deducted the 200 dollars from my account and was told by a very rude man on the phone that my "order" was already being processed and that I needed to cancel before my free trial period was over.

Free trial period? Dont you have to offer something in order to try it?

I never got anything in the mail, other than a Congratulations letter and this document that resembled a check for 200 dollars, which after calling and varifying, is worth less than the paper it is printed on. Other people on this site have talked about a catalog, Heck, I never even got that!

I called this afternoon and spoke with 4 people, whom all claimed to be eachothers supervisors. My phone call lasted 35 minutes and the end result was my being in tears.

I work for a very large company myself. I receive peoples account information on a daily basis and if anyone ever called, and they do often, I cancel the order no matter what! It is not only MY integrity, but the integrity of the organization that I work for!

The last person I spoke with, I informed that I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau, usacomplaints.com, The Secretary of Treasury for the State of Nevada, and now I am going to be contacting the Federal FDIC for Fraud!

I encourage EVERYONE to do so as well.

These people need to be stopped!
