They put a lien on my house for I don't even know what - some other person with my name!

I went to close on a refi for my house and I was told that Palisades put a lien on my house and I could not close on my refinance until the lein was paid! I have no idea what the bill was even for - they liened the wrong person (no s.S.# verification) and now I am left to deal with the mess - they also hit my credit report!!! I'm reporting them to the Federal Reporting agency
