(Fidelity Investments) misrepresenting money scam!

I've recently been completing charge card programs online. I utilized with Fidelity opportunities and was refused because of credit rating. On 1-3-07 I recieved a phone call from Max Davis.

He explained he was with Fidelity Investments which I recived a recently available denil online I said yes. That will be accurate. He explained he had a card that I qualified for I'd a range of Credit Or Mastercard. I told him Mastercard. He siad he had a need to varify my banking account data to determine if it's in good position. And so I offered him my data and informed him that nothing was to become debited from the consideration. Then he stated he'd not charge any factor out-of my bank account.

He then explained that there's a-one period account charge and service charge of 129.00 that might be billed towards the card of the 500.00 limit laeving me only a little over 300.00 control. I said ok. Then he stated hang on and he'd verify my bill.

I began speaking with my spouse then I herd an automaited speech state money bank account a guy breathing hard within the telephone and coughing and so I did not below what otherwise she'd mentioned. And so I stated money my checking account and also the man mentioned no not money you bank account. Your credit bill. I then stated I simply don't need my bank account debited. Then he siad I'm not likely to charge your bank account would you comprehend remain that state a definite yes. And so I said yes. Then I herd a beep. Then he explained I'd receive a card in 7-10 days.

After sleeping about it and speaking with my lender they stated with-it being with fidelity I'd have nothing to be worried about and also to contact them with concerns. And so I arrived home and named Fidelity opportunities they explained which was not them. Thus while I had been speaking with fidelity I happened apon customer issues. And called "Fidelity credit providers" AKA Fidelity Investments (not the real sincere Fidelity).

A girl answred the telephone and that I informed her who I had been and my issue. The woman claimed she couldn't assist me simply because they don't matter cards only a magizne of course if I provide her my bill amount she'd I would like to below the automited speech that I said yes to.

Then I informed her that Max Davis lied and explained various and they are conning people and really should be tried and he or she must report that and perform it for people. She subsequently explained that there is nothing she might do which she would consider my 129.00 I mentioned like hell. I'm likely to perform towards the globe and my lender. She then siad too late and hung-up the telephone. That disadvantage woman didn't provide me her title and so I can't diclose her name-but she did understand Max Davis and declined to I would like to talk to him. To become contiude...
