Ripoff and dishonest personal loans and process

The company ask for money for a personal loan and later transfer the funds to Canada. The problem is the person has to wait 30 to 45 days to get rufunded back. There are wering the money for down payment, insurance money to Canada. I do not like the process of this company and may be there are doing this to alot of American people every day.
