Ripoff scam artists and thieves stole my money 5 years ago and still nothing

It was 4 1/2 years ago i sent money out for a 15,000.00 (limit) credit card. And in return what i got was a gold card and a catalog to purchase out of. I had to send 25% of the total charge with the order form in order to reiceive the merchandise. And i had to add 18% to the total bill for shipping and receiving. This was a con that would sucker anyone into sending out money to them for there false accusations.
