Threating to process me, ripoff

Ms davis form ameriloan keeps calling me threating that if i dont repay this loan she will have to process me. I have tried to explain to her that my husband has been in and out of hospital with kidney failure several times and she is not willing to wait till i can get back on track. She wants all the money at once or she was willing to accept 2 payments in 2 weeks to satisfy the debt.
I do realize i owe it and will pay it, when i can right now after xmas and husband med bills i cant right now after all my children do have to eat, they have to have lights heat, roof over there heads.
Can she send me to jail?
Do i have any rights can a lawyer or someone that has had the same thing help me on this one, i am alone and scared.
