Ripped me off by allowing 2 stop payments to go through! Total equalling in excess of $800.00! Innsdale

Did not honor my stop payment requests which I paid $30.00 for and allowed them to go thru acct. Creating an overdraft of more than $800.00!!

Now they claim I never had a stop payment for the items put on my acct. And I have copies of all transactions including the stop payments!!! Any info on this matter would be appreciated!!
