Ripoff consumer rip-off fraud Unknown

I read usacomplaints.com after having a received a call from some company allegedly based in New York who was willing to issue me a 2000 dollar master card with an annual fee of 4.9%. I am eternally grateful that I read the report before I allowed them to debit my account for one red penny.

I was suspicious to say the least and did an internet search for the name of the bank that was allegedly to be the issuer... Ahhh, but the internet can be a wonderful place in many respects. The alleged issuing bank was Imperial Bank allegedly based in New York (state or city was not clear). Lots of stuff for Imperial Bank but none that dealt in any such Capital First Mastercard. They "guaranteed" delivery of the card within 2 weeks of the debit of my account "DEPENDING ON THE MAIL..." God knows I need every penny to take care of my two daughters and the very last thing I needed was to throw good money after bad.

Thank you, thank you, thank you and I hope Mr. Good Credit never loses a job or has his car break and the repairs cost an arm and a leg or has a child hospitalized because of an accident that was not his fault. And I hope he never experiences the sheer embarrassment of being turned down time and again nor has to struggle daily to clear up incorrect and/or inaccurate information on his credit report. What an absolute JERK.
