Took $49.95 out of my account, I incurred $30 NSF fee and $30 negative balance fee, won't refund money, ripoff

I, as most of you reporting National Platnium, was signing up for a cash advance/payday loan in obvious needs of money. Recently separated, two children, yada, yada, yada.
Applied for a loan and next thing I knew, there was a "payroll deduction from NATIONAL PLAT" from my checking account for $49.95 on September 22. Along with that came a $30 NSF fee and a $30 negative balance fee I incurred from my bank. So now I was not only low on funds to begin with but I just had 109.95 taken from me.
I immediately called my bank because I knew I did not sign up for anything from National Plat - I didn't even know who they were. The bank was able to track an 800 number that was included on this "payroll deduction" and stayed on the line with me and called them.
THe CSR talked in circles over and over again asking me if I was reporting that someone else used my name for this payday loan. I said no BUT I did not agree to this card or the charge. Well, he firmly stated that since I "admitted" to signing up that I was not eligible for a refund.
I insisted on the refund and to no avail was denied the refund BUT the CSR was so nice to let me know that I know had an account and I could use it. Ha. I told him no thanks. PLUS, I never even received an email from this "company" stating that I had opened this account for me to even act instantly on it.
So, I guess I, too, fall victim to the scam of this company. What a Rip-Off. I hope they start a lawsuit because I will be right there waiting to collect the $109.95 this company cost me.
Oh and National Platnium, if you are reading this, hope you enjoy taking food out of kids mouths. As that was $109.95 less money that I had to go towards groceries. You people think you are only going after the adult population but your actions are affecting the children of this country. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
