Company sent me application after I filed for bankruptcy. Filled out application and received response that they needed $43.00 to send my approved $15,000.00 credit limit credit card. So I sent them the money. I was sent a card that you cannot use anywhre, there is no place on the back of the card to sign. I requested my money back an received no response since 11/1/01. Still til this day I have had no response and want my money back. I'm living on a fixed income and have 2 children. I have been violated and taken advantage of... PatrickMiddle Village, New York
