Ripoff consumer fraud ripoff

I was sent a pre-approved application with the intention that it was. An application for a credit card not a mail catalog ordering credit card. When i called te company several times to request additional catalogs, because the only one they sent me had nothing in it i wanted to order, i never got a reply and this has been since may. They would tell me we sent it, it's in the mail don't know why you didn't get it. Asked to speak to a supervisor and i got disconnected. I just want my 37.00 back.
