Scam and ripoff paid $200 & now they're discontinued and under investigation or litigation from the Federal Trade Commission Miami

I bought this card in 2001 to restore my credit but it was not a regular credit card; you had to buy merchandise from their catalog which was lousy and I asked for a refund when I received the catalog which I was assured I could get, but they were hateful and would not give me a refund of $199. I decided to try and at least get some stuff for my money and called today 7-1-02 to place an order for whatever from that stupid catalog and the message said they had been discontinued and was under investigation or litigation from the Federal Trade Commission and the 7th District Court of Florida. I want to find out how to get my money back.
