First national credit
California scam - nowhere did their letter say catalog

I was taken in by the scam of first national credit, and would like to know how to go about getting my money back.

I kept a copy of the offer, and nowhere was it metioned you had to order only from their catalog.

I paid for a rush delivery, thinking i was getting a regular credit card. The check was cashed by the company on 12-13 and i have yet to receive anything. Please help me get my money back.
