Harassing phone calls Ripoff

I have had a loan with green tree for about 7 years now this has been the worst 7 years of my life.

I know that paying bills is the most important thing but sometimes you get alittle behind and you have to pay some of them alittle late. On the day that your bill is due with green tree you get a couple of phone calls, when it is 3 to 5 days late the phone calls are about twice an hour including saturday all the way until 11pm at nite. They also start at about 8am.

I have told them to stop calling me because I'm at work and all they do is cuss you out. They said that their is no way I'm at work because I'm answering my phone, I tell them it's a cell phone then they cuss you out some more and ask for my home number. I tell them I don't have one and they say I'm not telling them the truth.

When time I told them that I was trying to get rid of some room mates they said they need their names and social security number because they live in their house. I thought that the house was mine and they say not until the loan is payed off. So now I do not answer any of their phone calls.

If I could get rid of them I would but nobody is able to help.
