MBF Leasing has harrassed us for over 4 months Ripoff

MBF Leasing is a giant rip-off! They have harrassed us for over four months now.

I owned a small business, which is now closed. I called them and told them we were closing and they said they would make a note of it. They also said that I only owed about $110.00 more dollars on the account.

Now the story has changed. They say they have no record of the phone call, of couse not, and that we still owe quite a bit more than what they had originally stated.

They have called our house on an average of 15 times per day over the past four months. They call and don't speak, they call and hang up on you, they call back even when you just talked to someone 5 minutes ago. My husband has reported them to the BBB and the FTC. We have told them they have been reported and the last person that called said "well if you wouild pay your bills then we would stop calling". I am not paying them another dime!

This company should be shut down due to their business practices. I have heard some talk about a class action lawsuit and would like more information on joining. I don't want to see anyone else being cheated by this company.
