Ripoff Not Sure

The company have you to believe that they are top notch. A lady called my job today about me paying back 1350. But when i did some research about the company it isn't even open, it is out of business. Fancy that??? Because they have been ripping people off.

I was told that i had to pay by a certain time of the day and all that mess. But legally i have the right to file against them for being fraud, taking people's money and they are no longer a company.
