Company stated that you cut out the middle man get your money faster and at a lower rate, and only. 20 per transaction. Lease new equipment for 4 years, ah yes but they can keep me at the same rate for 4 years also.

When I received my first deposit into my bank account took 52 hours. When I called, the excuse I got was we don't get it until the next day and we wait 48 hours to put it in the bank, and they must do it after midnight which gives them 56 hours to give me my money.

First invoice received from them they charged me. 20 per transaction which comes out before I get my money and then there is another. 20 charge again for all transactions. I called to complain, the answer I got, was you are an Auto Repair Shop, I cannot beleive they gave you that rate anyway.

The latest, I have $3600.00 missing that should have gone into Discover last week. When I called MPI they assured me that they sent it to Discover and that I needed to check with them. Well I checked with Discover and they said never received. After going back and forth for an hour, Discover put us on conference call with MPI and guess what, they showed my deposit after swearing they did not have it. Waiting to get reconciled still.
