Chexsystem, bank, removal, false accusations Ripoff

In 2000 i had a bank account closed do to non-suffient funds. I had a automatic draft being taken out and the account went negative. I will not lie. I made a mistake forgot about the automatic draft. Well community credit union now viewpoint bank closed the account for non suffient funds. They sent me a letter stating i owed them a little over $200.00 I sent them a money order and never heard another thing. I even kept an eye on my credit reports. Nothing. Well my husband and i went to go put me on our company account and the branch manager david said he couldnt put me on the account because of community credit union. They said i never paid them. My husband was furious he acted like it was my fault (like he didn't believe i paid them). We drove over to community credit union he was going to put it on his debit card and the man said "we do not accept credit cards or checks, it has to be cash" so my husband used their atm right outside their doors and pulled out the money. We went inside and handed it to the man and he said he would have it cleared up well we told him we needed a receipt to give our new bank he gave us one. I gave it to the bank. That was almost 3 years ago now we have moved and went to go open up a new account closer to home. Guess what. You guessed it. I was turned down because i was in the chexsystems. I called ccu and they said i need to pay because its my debt informing them that i've already paid—twice— they tell me they have no proof of that. I call the bank manager at our current bank and he says they only kept the receipt on file for 2 years. I have never been so frustrated and embarrassed in my entire life so here i am. My husband wants me to go pay them again. I have a thing for justice and i refuse to pay them - again&
