Capital One is a treat to this nation. Credit card debt is running rampant and this company mails out checks for sums such as $1000.00. Vunerable young people like my children cash these checks and get deeper in debt. I have several friends who have also had problems with this unprincipaled company-something needs to be done!!! People can steal these checks-also they send you a credit card which an also be stolen. I hope something can be done to stop this company from continuing their present tactics.
