IPA - Sophisticated Scam! Please be aware. They use unethical business practices and prey on small businesses

Small Business owners beware of IPA (also.international Business Associates). They will contact you and tell you that they happen to be in the area and that they had a consultant that suited your business in the area. They will give impression that you are so suited so that is why they give you initial discount. They will promise you that nothing will have to bepaid unless you are 100% satisfied.

In our case, we became skeptical after several things didnt add up. When we asked them to leave our premises they became angry and disgruntled. They threatened that they could hurt our business and didnt want to leave without payment for an invoice (for services they didnt perform.)
