This company withdrew $159.95 from my checking account and now I can not contact them to discuss with them. They will not answer email and live chat requests as well. Ripoff

I went to withdraw money from my checking account and it was about $160 less than what I expected it to be. I went home and checked the online service and was able to pull up a check for EDP card.

I have never heard of this before and I do not do checks over the phone/online. I tried to contact the company that is on Pacific time (two hours behind me) and held for 30 minutes before a recording told me that they were too busy to take my call right then.

The ladt at the bank told me that this is very common and I had no idea!!!
